To me, the ECTOGENESIS program reflects the dynamic way in which all life is related. It is not a static and rigid relation, it must change to meet new demands. And yet, the sense of order is still clearly there. Each individual creature has built its life around its neighbors’.

In a similar way, in the program itself, each feature affects all others around it. Each one must make space for itself and those around it. In doing so, their fates are bound up together.
