SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
If your order arrives in poor condition, please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product, please send digital photos along with your request and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund. I will then email you with the address and instructions for return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. At that time, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, which should complete within twenty days.
If the artwork is not damaged, but you are unsatisfied with it, I will provide a full refund minus the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact me and I will provide an address for returns.
Please return artwork in the protective packaging it arrived in.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the artwork.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
The amount of time it may take for the exchanged artwork to reach you may depend on where you live.
When shipping a return, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item. If you return a order and the order never arrives, I cannot refund that order.
If you are returning an undamaged work because you are unsatisfied with the product, I cannot refund the order if the returned work arrives damaged. In this case, filing a claim with the shipping service is the best means of recourse. For this reason, I advise that you use shipping insurance when returning products.
