iostream is my first series of screenprints, that debuted with Vertu Fine Art at the Art Miami fair at Art Basel Miami in 2022.
The algorithm is structurally built around randomness, making each output unique. As a result, I am not concerned with crafting a singular image, but rather an entire space of potential outputs. iostream collectively captures the range while each image illuminates its own particular corner of the generative space.
This collection touches on an important element of my work: the relationship between the physical and the digital. Just as our lives are ever-intertwining the two, my art blurs the boundaries and combines elements of the two. In some ways, the flaws of analogue production provide a conduit for our physical senses to appreciate and understand what might otherwise be an alien concept.

The Series
iostream is a generative algorithmic series of 12 unique outputs, produced as a six-color silkscreen limited edition print on Legion Stonehenge paper at 24 x 20 inches (61 × 50.8 cm).
This NFT that accompanies the piece represents the certified ownership of the physical work, which is controlled by an NFC chip.
